Accomplished COO, GTM leader and successful entrepreneur with 10 years of C-suite experience, owning growing multibillion-dollar divisions with focus on growth and managing outcomes.
As the COO and GTM leader of Cisco’s Collaboration business, I’ve shepherded large-scale transformation and growth strategies yielding rejuvenated leadership, accelerated GTM and offer strategies, scaled channel network, new direct inside sales motions, data analytics, customer success, new business models and sales compensation incentives, and 3 acquisitions.
Prior to being recruited by Cisco, I was the COO of Global Technology Banking at Morgan Stanley, where I drove global transformation and expansion efforts that doubled revenue and profitability in my four-year tenure.
Before that, I was the CIO of Morgan Stanley's Global Investment Bank choreographing the $200m technology transformation strategy, digitally transforming the business and raising employee technology satisfaction by 40% and lifting engagement by 11x.
I’m an entrepreneur at my core, and I love to build businesses and great teams. I’ve launched two companies, incubated technology startups, and serve as an advisor to some amazing high growth software companies.
