Optimus Crunch Mediaworks LLC Privacy Policy
Crunch Mediaworks LLC (“Crunch”) is a provider of a new class of video tools that allow significant reduction in video file size and bit rate without any perceptible change in video quality for modern day use cases. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Crunch handles the personal information that we collect from and about you when you (a) visit our Optimus website (the “Site”), (b) use the services described in Optimus Terms of Service or (c) otherwise engage with us through any form of communication (collectively, the “Services”).
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means personally identifiable information that can be specifically associated with, or that is sufficient to identify, you and includes your name and contact information (your phone number, address or email address).
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect and use for our own purposes, including providing the Services and marketing our business.
Information We Collect.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide in the following ways:
- When you fill in forms on our Site. When you fill in forms on our Site, including when you contact us for additional information.
- When you subscribe to our Services and set up a Site account. If you choose to purchase our Services, you will be required to provide our third-party payment processor with your payment card information, which can include your name, card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. To set up your account, we ask that you provide us with certain information including your name, business contact details, business category and URL. We also ask that you create a unique username and password to sign-in to your account
- When you sign up to receive email communications from us or complete a survey. When you engage in these activities, we may collect your name, email address or other contact details, company name, job title, industry, areas of expertise, interests, an any additional information you provide to us as part of that request (such as information about your satisfaction with our Services in response to a survey.
- When you contact us. When you contact us by email or by telephone, SMS, or physical mail, we may collect your name, username, contact information, company name, job title, and the contents of your communication, which can include any information you choose to provide.

We use Behavioral Information to better understand how visitors use the Website to deliver a more personalized experience for you on the Website and in the Dealership’s physical store, and to improve our services to better meet your needs. We may also use cookies to help us or third parties display advertising to you when you visit the Website or third-party sites based on your interest displayed by your behavior on the Website.
We do not share any data with third party AI Models.Linking Behavioral Information to Personal Information.
If you voluntarily provide Crunch with your name and contact information through a web chat or web form submission, we may link your Behavioral Information to your Personal Information. We may provide this linked information to the Dealership you have submitted your Personal Information on, as well as use this data to improve your service and experience on the Website.
How We Use Your Personal Information.
We use the information described above to do the following:
- Provide our Services (including creating your account and identifying you when you sign in; managing your access to and use of our Services; fulfilling your requests, registrations, and purchases; and sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages);
- Operate and improve our Services (including monitoring and analyzing usage, trends, and activities related to the Services and identifying, fixing, and troubleshooting bugs and service errors);
- Communicate with you (including responding to your requests, inquiries, comments, and suggestions);
- Personalize content (including tailoring content we send or display to you in order to provide you with news and information we think will be of interest to you);
- Further our networking, marketing, and social strategies (including posting testimonials; notifying you about programs, services, offers, promotions, and events; and promoting our programs and services);
- Protect against, identify, investigate, and respond to misuse of our Services (including preventing and detecting fraud, unauthorized access, and other unlawful behavior);

To Whom Your Information is Disclosed.
We may share Personal Information about you with certain third parties in the following circumstances: (a) Crunch’s third-party service providers, (b) to other third parties that you consent to, and (d) companies under common control and ownership with Crunch.
We may also share your Personal Information, Behavioral Information and Transcripts as we deem necessary to respond to a subpoena, regulation, binding order of a data protection agency, legal process, governmental request or other legal or regulatory process.

By using any of Crunch’s Services, you confirm that you have agreed to our Terms of Services, and to the extent permitted by law, have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Protection of Personal Information.
Your Personal Information is stored in Crunch’s databases (or Crunch’s service providers’ databases) using security practices in accordance with industry standard practices. Although we make reasonable efforts to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties, you should be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the internet and storing information electronically. Crunch cannot and does not guarantee absolute security.
In some cases, your Personal Information may be stored in the Dealership’s databases (or the Dealership’s service providers’ databases). Please refer to the Dealership’s privacy policy for more information about the measures they use to safeguary your Personal Information.
How You May Access, Update or Delete Your Personal Information.
If you want access to your Personal Information, you may make a request to Crunch at the contact address below. In some cases. You may also access update or delete certain Personal Information you have provided through your account settings in your dashboard.
Please note that we may keep certain Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes, such as to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. We may also keep cached archived copies of Personal Information for additional time.
How Long We Retain Behavioral Information and Personal Information.
We retain records of your Personal Information in our databases for so long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as required by law, or as necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our rights and agreements. Data may persist in copies made for backup or business continuity purposes for additional time.
