ABOUT ME

Nader Kazeminy is the Chief Executive Officer of NJK Holding Corporation, a Palm Beach, Florida privately held investment firm. He is responsible for providing executive oversight for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and managing private equity investments, as well as being responsible for legal affairs, overall administration and operations. Mr. Kazeminy also represents NJK Holding's investment portfolio in the acquisition and divestiture of entities and oversight over real estate portfolio investments.

Mr. Kazeminy was a founding board member of Digital Insight Corporation, one of the first providers of internet banking services to medium sized banks and credit unions in 1996. During his time as a board member, Digital Insight went public and later sold to Intuit Corporation for $1.4 billion.

Mr. Kazeminy was also a founding director of Certiport, Inc., a company that provides foundation-level computerized certification exams and related educational materials to the likes of Microsoft, Adobe and HP. Under his watch, Certiport experienced a significant growth to over 10,000 testing centers worldwide, delivering exams in 140 countries in 25 languages. Certiport was later sold to Pearson PLC.
